The Provence Portable Heater from Calor

The Provence portable heater from Calor is the ultimate in country chic and sophistication. With a traditional cast-iron stove design, the heater creates a realistic coal fire effect and looks perfect as the main focal point in a living room or kitchen area.

The Provence has the added benefit of being the first ever gas portable heater with a built in catalytic converter to eliminate CO2 emissions, making it environmentally friendly and eliminating the need for a chimney.

The heater operates with a simple push-button ‘Piezo’ ignition and boasts a powerful heat emission with up to 3kW input, providing instant warmth wherever it is needed. Mounted on castor wheels, it is easy to manoeuvre around the home and has a flame failure device with oxygen depletion cut off for extra safety.

Calor offers its customers a free nine-point heater health check to give the customer reassurance that their portable heater is working efficiently and to highlight any visible defects. An inspection is carried out by a Calor trained engineer or representative who will inspect general wear and tear, controls, fireguards, pilot light, back cover, kick plate, ceramic panels, stability of castor and that the regulator is a current approved design.

This is only a visual check and, as with all gas appliances, portable heaters should be serviced regularly by a fully qualified and competent CORGI registered engineer. To arrange your FREE Portable Heater Health Check call free on 0800 662 663.
